HR-ZG01型催化油浆阻垢剂是针对油浆系统的结垢机理研制而成，是一种多功能的复合添加剂。它对油浆本身固有的不溶性悬浮物(如催化剂粉未，其在结垢的组成中约占50%)有良好的分散作用，阻止其凝聚、沉结；对成垢的聚合反应通过形成惰性分子来达到终止链增长反应的作用；对金属表面起保护作用，消除其对聚合反应的催化性能对聚合产物的粘结性能，并增强金属表面的防腐性能；与存在于油浆中的重金属离子螯合，形成稳定的络合物，使其失去催化作用。
